Grace Bio-Labs products are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.  We sell products which we manufacture in Bend Oregon. Quality is our highest priority, and satisfaction is guaranteed or your product will be replaced.

  • If the product you are returning was sent to you in error or is defective, we will pay for return shipping.
  • If the product you are returning was purchased in error or doesn’t work for your application, you will be responsible for return shipping.
  • Products must be returned undamaged and in original packaging with undamaged labels. Products shipped sterile must be unopened.
