SEARCHQBlock™ Protein Microarray Blocking Buffer is a non-protein based reagent designed to block non-specific protein binding on porous nitrocellulose substrates.This blocker was formulated for maximizing assay signal while minimizing background from assays utilizing Quantum Nanoparticles (QNPs) for detection, and is also compatible with other assay types using organic fluors (e.g. Alexa Fluor dyes, Li-Cor dyes) or colorimetric endpoint detection (e.g DAB) after enzymatic amplification.
