SecureSeal™ Frame
SecureSealTM Frames are comprised of a non-cytotoxic, nuclease free, double-sided adhesive designed to form reagent barriers on microscope slides. Frames may be sterilized by autoclaving, UV-treatment, or immersion in Isopropyl alcohol. Frames applied to microscope slides may be used to form casts of agarose for culture / imaging of bacterial colonies and the preparation of Bio-Films. Product is compatible with major microscopy systems including platforms from Nikon (Ti series), Zeiss (Axio Observer), Leica (DMI8), and Olympus. Frame adhesive demonstrates good chemical resistance and is compatible with several commercially available mounting media. Frames are 0.25mm thick and available in multiple sizes.
