Epoxy Microarray Slides w/Barcodes provide a uniform substrate for a variety of DNA/RNA-based diagnostic applications. The epoxy-activated glass is well documented as a reliable and efficient surface in microarray methods. Biomolecules containing amino, hydroxy, or thiol groups are highly reactive with epoxide functional groups. Covalent linkage delivers a robust immobilization technique for quantitative assays and reproducible spots. Compatible with both non-contact and contact printers, hybridization chambers, and fluorescence-based detection systems. Slides are produced under cleanroom conditions to generate a homogenous coating and preserve the low background fluorescence of glass slides.
