CultureWell ChamberSLIP 16 PLUS NON-Removable Chambered Coverglass, 16 Well, No. 1.5 German borosilicate coverglass. The product consists of cell culture vessels, with a 2×8 format with standard 96-well plate volumes and well spacing.

ChamberSLIP 16 Coverslip Non-Removable format has fixed chambers that do not separate from the coverglass for applications that do not require mounting fixed cells.

Cultured to a density of 25,000 cells per well, cells were formaldehyde fixed then differentially stained. Imaged at 60x with the ThermoFisher Scientific EVOS FL Auto 2 microscope. Actin fibers stained with Alexa Fluor™ 488 Phalloidin (Invitrogen 12379), green channel; Nuclei stained with Select FX™ DAPI (Invitrogen D1306), blue channel; Mitochondria stained with MitoTracker™ Red CMXRos (Invitrogen M7512), red channel.
