- If the product you are returning was sent to you in error or is defective, we will pay for return shipping.
- If the product you are returning was purchased in error or doesn’t work for your application, you will be responsible for return shipping.
- Products must be returned undamaged and in original packaging with undamaged labels. Products shipped sterile must be unopened.
